Lotus Design & Construction holds no liability for decisions made based on the accuracy of these plans, and clients are advised to engage in a thorough review and consultation with construction professionals before making any final decisions. 

1. Eligibility:

• The offer for free test fit plans and virtual tours (hereinafter referred to as "Services") is extended to commercial entities seeking office fitout services.

2. Validity Period:

• This offer is valid for a limited time, as specified by Lotus Design & Construction. Any requests made after the expiration date will not be eligible for the free Services.

3. Scope of Services:

• The free test fit plans include up to three unique layouts based on the provided specifications.
• The virtual tour will be created in 3D format, allowing a comprehensive visualization of the proposed office space.

4. Submission of Request:

• To avail of this offer, interested parties must submit a formal request to Lotus Design & Construction, providing necessary details such as office space dimensions, requirements, and any specific preferences.

5. Acceptance and Revisions:

• Lotus Design & Construction reserves the right to accept or decline any request for free Services at its discretion.
• Upon acceptance, clients may request reasonable revisions to the initial test fit plans, subject to Lotus Design & Construction's approval.

6. Usage Rights:

• The test fit plans and virtual tours provided under this offer are for the sole use of the requesting commercial entity. Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing with third parties without the explicit consent of Lotus Design & Construction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitations:

• The offer covers a standard office space size, and any requests for non-standard or exceptionally large spaces may be subject to additional fees.

8. Cancellation and Modification:

• Lotus Design & Construction reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer:

• While Lotus Design & Construction strives for accuracy in the test fit plans and virtual tours, the actual implementation may vary based on on-site conditions and final design decisions.

10 . Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

By availing of this offer, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions set forth by Lotus Design & Construction.
